1．About These Terms

• These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the rules governing the above campaign (“Campaign”) organized by the Cambodia Festival Executive Committee (“Organizer”).
• By entering the Campaign, applicants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2．Eligibility and Awards

• Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before applying. If consent cannot be confirmed, the entry may be deemed invalid.
• Entries are accepted from both within and outside Japan.
• Prize shipment is limited to addresses within Japan.
• Once submitted, entries cannot be changed or withdrawn.
• Fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful entries may be disqualified.
• If the Organizer cannot contact the winner or deliver the prize, the award may be invalidated.
• Awards are valid only for the winner and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Any communication or internet costs incurred during application shall be borne by the applicant.

3．Use of Submitted Works

• Applicants agree that the Organizer may edit and use submitted works, captions, and related content for advertising, promotional, exhibition, website, and SNS purposes without geographic or time limitation.
• Copyright remains with the applicant. However, the Organizer is granted a non-exclusive license for the above purposes.
• Applicants must ensure that submitted works do not infringe the copyrights, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or any other rights of third parties.

4．Privacy Policy / Handling of Personal Information

• Personal information provided by applicants, including name, address, phone number, email address, and other necessary information, will be managed by the Organizer and used solely for the following purposes:
  • Campaign operation
  • Application management and review
  • Contacting winners
  • Prize delivery
  • Responding to inquiries
• Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the applicant’s consent, except where required by law or necessary for outsourced services such as prize delivery.
• If identifiable individuals appear in submitted works, applicants are requested to obtain consent from the subject whenever reasonably possible.
• The Organizer shall not be held responsible for disputes with third parties arising from submitted works.
• Personal information will be retained for five years after the Campaign concludes, after which it will be securely deleted or disposed of.
• By submitting an entry, applicants are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

5．Disclaimer

• The Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or terminate all or part of this Campaign without prior notice. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages arising therefrom except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Applicants are responsible for their participation in the Campaign. If damage is caused to another applicant or a third party, the applicant shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense.
• If the applicant causes damage to the Organizer due to reasons attributable to the applicant, the applicant shall compensate the Organizer for the losses incurred.
• The Organizer makes no warranty regarding the connection environment or any conditions related to participation in the Campaign and shall not be liable for software, hardware, or communication problems arising during participation.

6．Governing Law

• • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  • Any disputes related to this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
  • Incomplete applications, missing attachments, missing required information, or submissions after the deadline will be invalid.
